Give each Facebook account its own AI instructions

Open the Accounts page and edit the 'AI instructions' for an account — when set, they replace your global AI instructions for that account only. Leave it blank and the account keeps using your global instructions, exactly as before. Your per-listing instructions still apply on top either way.
  • •New (Dashboard): The Chat Playground now lets you test as a specific account. Pick an account at the top of the playground to preview the replies it would actually send — using that account's own AI instructions — before any real buyer messages it.

More reliable bulk posting — plus account targeting from your CSV
